About Cleo's Project

Cleo’s Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving individuals and families throughout Los Angeles County who are experiencing housing instability, reentry challenges, and barriers to essential resources.

Founded on compassion, dignity, and action, our mission is to provide housing navigation, outreach services, reentry support, case management, and resource connections that empower individuals toward long-term stability and independence.

We believe every person deserves safe housing, access to opportunity, and support during life transitions. Through direct community engagement and individualized service plans, we help clients secure identification documents, access transportation support, apply for housing programs, and connect to vital services.

Cleo’s Project is committed to restoring hope, building stability, and strengthening communities across Los Angeles.
