Our Mission

 Cleo’s Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to empowering stability and restoring hope for individuals and families experiencing housing instability, reentry challenges, and economic hardship in Los Angeles County.

We provide direct support, resource navigation, and community-based services designed to help individuals transition from crisis to long-term independence. 

What We Do

 Cleo’s Project delivers practical, person-centered support through:

• Housing navigation and resource connection
• Reentry support for individuals returning to the community
• Hygiene kit and essential needs distribution
• Community feeding and outreach initiatives
• Case management and service referrals
